Agile project management and sustainable business development are the main topics i am puzzling about. Finally they have led me to run my own business – successfully serving valuable work to companies in Germany and Austria in 2010.
Since 2003 i was working as a project manager and business developer for Sybit GmbH, now one of the main high-end CMS customization companies in Germany’s media sector. Apart from projects in the media market (e.g. for ARTE G.E.I.E.) i was involved in projects with customers like o2 Germany, Daimler AG and Deutscher Bundestag/Bundesrat (German Parliament).
My work is focussed on the combination of agile project management (Scrum) with non-violent communication (NVC) and sustainable business development and product management.
